About The Study
The Cognite Alzheimer’s Clinical Trial is for men and women who have have noticed some memory problems, or perhaps a friend or relative has mentioned a concern. The trial is evaluating the effect of an investigational combined treatment of two common medications on early stage Alzheimer’s disease.

To qualify for the study, eligible participants must meet these criteria:
- Be between 55 and 79 years old
- Have at least 8 years of education
- Have noticed changes in their memory, or have been told by a loved one that they are concerned about their memory problems
- Have noticed changes in their normal, everyday behavior
- Attend all study visits with a willing and able study partner with whom they have frequent contact
- Be in good general health
During the course of the study, eligible participants will:
- Visit the physician’s office approximately 7 times in 76 weeks – about a year and a half
- Receive treatment study drugs at no cost
- Complete various assessments, exams, and tests administered by the physician during each study-related visit at no cost
- Have their health monitored by the study physician throughout the entirety of the study
